Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent. |

Texas Public Schools |
Texas Records Exchange (TREx) was mandated by the 79th Legislature, 3rd Called Session, 2006 (House Bill 1). All public school to public school records should be used with TREx through a TEAL account. Any requests received outside the TREx application will be denied. |
Private & Out of State Schools |
Private and out of state schools may submit a request.
Please allow 14 days for the request to be processed.
